♥; The 5 Stages of Grief

I was watching Drop Dead Diva the other day, and i was reminded of a particular thing that the actress said, and so i went to google it up.
*
It's called the 5 Stages of Grief, also known as the Kubler-Ross model.
  1. Denial ("I feel fine")
  2. Anger ("Why me? It's not fair!" "How can this happen to me?")
  3. Bargaining/Making a Deal (doing smtg to delay/postpone smtg tt has happened)
  4. Depression ("I'm so sad, why bother with anything?")
  5. Acceptance ("It's going to be okay")

So a person has to go thru all of these stages to feel fine? Gee, thanks, Kubler-Ross model. Never been better.
