♥; Tell Me Why U Think I'm Bored

Nuriah didn't tag me, but she did typed my name on her blog. So here goes:

List seven habits/quirks/facts about yourself.

1) Yes, i look like a Chinese. Strangers think i am one. I've got Chi blood.

2) No, i do not like veggies. The only veg that i consume is mainly spinach.

3) I do not eat crabs anymore.

4) I love to READ. Be it magazines, or English novels. Especially those involving love, friends, and fashion. Just finished a novel entitled "The Wayward Home for Supermodels" by Pamela Satran. :)

5) I love to watch talk/reality shows... Some of my faves are: ANTM, Project Runway, The Tyra Banks Show, Ellen DeGeneres Show, Survivor, Hell's Kitchen, Laguna Beach, Newport Harbour, Sweet Sixteen.. and the list goes on.

6) I love to dance!

7) I love watching fashion shows. I love seeing models dressed in colourful dresses, tight shirts, and fitted skirts. Somehow, i kinda like the word "sultry". If i could have my own clothing line, I would definitely call it that. Just imagine: Sultry by Sahidah. or Sultry by iD. Hahaha!! Afra will be my Fashion Designer babe(i suck at drawing), Ash will be my Financial Advisor babe, and Nora will be my Opinion Advisor babe. :)

Where have i been the past week? Nowhere. Yup. Didn't even feel like staring into my lappie screen.

Met up Nora yesterday. We went to collect our EAGLES cheque at ITE Clem. I will be receiving my ITE Edusave Merit Bursary on Monday, 7 April at J.Green CC.

Sat, 15th Mar:

kina & mardhah

We went to Escape. Had our free tickets and it was nearing the expiry date so might as well make use of it. It was d.a.m.n hot. I actually rode on Rainbow alone (i mean the seats are in pairs, and both of them sat together) and it wasn't scary la. I did slide from right to left though! Hahahaha.. Pirate ship was a nightmare; i practically looked to the left all the way at a group of random people with this huge polaroid camera with the stand tingy.

The Inverter was a heart-wrenching ride. I felt as if my heart was going to drop at any moment.
We were perspiring like hell, and i didn't want to stay there any longer. We then went to eat at the downtown food court; made way to Bugis Strt & window-shopped (although there were no windows; hahaha!!!)

Sun, 16th Mar:

This time, i went out with Kina. She asked me if i wanted to catch "Step Up 2".

Watched it at Bugis (it was only fair to go somewhere in the middle). We were lucky to get the 5.10pm show. Something weird happened though.

We were standing in line for our tickets when a voice spoke behind us. I turned around and there was this Chinese woman btwn the age of 35-40? Anyways, she was holding 10 sets of movie tickets (vouchers or something) and this was how our convo went:

Lady: Are you buying movie tickets?

Me: (Like duh la, why the hell are we queueing here for??) Yes.

Lady: Oh, do you want to buy tickets from me? I bought ten, u know! I sell it to you for $8 each.

Me: (eyeing her tickets with suspicion) Erm.. no, it's okay.

So, we purchased our own tickets at the ticket booth.

Then, i kept our tickets and change into my bag. We were standing at the side.

While Kina was talking to me about that weird lady, i looked around trying to search for her.

(Looks left and right..hmm.. no sign of her..)

I then asked Kina if she could spot her in the crowd..Unfortunately,no.

She was nowhere to be found.

Me: Sekali dia nak tipu kite eh..? Ni batang hidung dia pun tak nampak seh. (Maybe she wanted to trick us? I can't even see her anywhere.)

Kina: Ah2 eh.. (Ya could be..)

And Kina said, "Yang dia gi beli ticket banyak2 sampai sepuluh buat ape?"

Who knows?

Maybe she wanted to cheat us of our money.

But, i was smart enough to say no.

I didn't want to fall into anyone's trap.

Don't you think it is VERY suspicious of her? Now that i think about it, i think she was wearing shades..hmm... Can you believe what could happen if i bought those tickets from her and the tickets can't be used? The question that has been bugging me is, why couldn't i find her after i bought our own tickets? Strange.

So, do beware, the next time u get approached by a stranger to buy tickets from him/her.

Mon, 17th Mar:

I got to see Khai! but through.. webcam..

But still, i'm happy. :)

I could see the place that was called the "hornbill".

He was wearing a brown tee.

His hair.

His smile.

Don't cry, or i'll cry too.

I found out just now that he is sick.

Asthma.

He was at the medical centre there.

I got worried.

I hope he gets well soon.

i miss you..

I got another letter from ITE.

This is what it says:

"Congratulations! I am pleased to inform you that you have been awarded the Edusave Awards for Achievement, Good Leadership & Services (EAGLES). The EAGLES is given to students who display outstanding leadership qualities, contribute to voluntary work in the community and campus, or excel in co-curricular activities.

Your campus will inform u on the collection of the voucher for the award.

Keep up the good work!"

I felt surprised and elated as well. *A pat on the shoulder*
